Carve your own ring in wax at your kitchen table, then send it back to our London studio. Make a signet, a wedding band or an everyday keepsake. The wax carves easily with the tools included. We cast it in solid sterling silver and polish it by hand, to your choice of a matte or shiny finish.


Thinking of a Christmas gift? Return the wax by 21 November and the ring arrives before Christmas, or give the kit as the gift and they make their own. You give them the experience, and they keep the ring.

THE PROCESS

1. Carve out your design or stamp a print into the wax using the tools provided.

2. Return it to our studio in the prepaid envelope​.

3. Receive your finished ring or pendant, cast in your choice of silver or gold, and polished to a professional finish in 4-6 weeks.

FAQS

Do I need jewellery-making experience?
No, most of our customers are first timers. Your role is simply to design and carve the form in wax – we handle the technical casting.

What if I make a mistake in the wax?
That's completely normal. Wax is forgiving – you can reshape it, smooth it, melt small sections back together or start again. If unsure you can add some extra wax to your basket.​

What if I am unsure about size or style?
You size it yourself. When it comes to the width of the rings we say 3mm is for a delicate, fine jewellery stacking band, 5mm for a small signet, 8mm for a chunky band or signet.​
 

Is this suitable as a gift?

​Yes the kits are designed to be meaningful, hands-on gifts – especially for people who enjoy making something personal. You don't need to know their ring size to get started as they size it themselves.

Customs charges for international orders?
Customs and duties. For international orders we pay any import duties and taxes in advance. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
