1. Carve out your design in wax or imprint a fingerprint.
2. Return it via the pre-paid envelope.
3. We cast your piece in your chosen metal and polish to your choice of finish (matte or shiny).
4. We post it back to you within 4-6 weeks.

Do I need jewellery-making experience?
No, most of our customers are first timers. Your role is simply to design and carve the form in wax – we handle the technical casting.
What if I make a mistake in the wax?
That's completely normal. Wax is forgiving – you can reshape it, smooth it, melt small sections back together or start again. If unsure you can add some extra wax to your basket.
What if I am unsure about size or style?
You size it yourself. When it comes to the width of the rings we say 3mm is for a delicate, fine jewellery stacking band, 5mm for a small signet, 8mm for a chunky band or signet.
Is this suitable as a gift?
Yes the kits are designed to be meaningful, hands-on gifts – especially for people who enjoy making something personal. You don't need to know their ring size to get started as they size it themselves.
Customs charges for international orders?
Customs and duties. For international orders we pay any import duties and taxes in advance. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
